A Past Life Regression experience for the liminal season.
There is something about October that has always felt different to me. The leaves begin to change, the days grow shorter, the evenings stretch longer, and the natural world seems to begin turning inward. There is a sense that something is shifting, that we are moving from one season into another, and that we are standing on the threshold of something we can’t quite see yet.
Maybe that’s part of why Halloween has always carried such a fascination with the space between worlds. Samhain, All Hallows’ Eve, Día de los Muertos, and other cultural and spiritual traditions have long held this time of year as a season connected to ancestors, death and rebirth, the seen and unseen, and the space between what we know and what we don’t.
Across different spiritual and cultural traditions, this season has been associated with a thinning boundary, or “veil,” between the physical world and the spirit world. It is also a beautiful example of what we call liminality — the experience of being between one thing and another. No longer where you were, but not yet where you’re going. A space of transition, uncertainty, possibility, and transformation.
I have always been fascinated by that space between. It can feel uncomfortable because we don’t have all the answers yet, but I also believe there is magic there. When we aren’t quite where we’ve been and haven’t yet arrived where we’re going, we become more open to possibility. We become more curious. We listen differently.
Whether you understand the idea of the veil literally, symbolically, or simply as an invitation to become more inward and receptive, there is something powerful about entering a season devoted to the unseen.
And perhaps that is what makes October such a beautiful time to explore what exists beyond the story you know as this life.
What if you’ve lived this story before?
What is Past Life Regression?
Past Life Regression is a guided journey into the deeper layers of consciousness, where you may explore significant scenes, emotions, experiences, and memories that arise as you move beyond the analytical mind. For those who connect with the concept of reincarnation, these experiences may be understood as memories or experiences from previous lifetimes. Others may experience them through a more symbolic or metaphorical lens.
During a Past Life Regression, you may encounter profound imagery, emotions, physical sensations, symbolic experiences, people or places, and insights that you weren’t consciously expecting. We can explore the patterns, agreements, perceptions, beliefs, and strategies that may have formed — consciously or unconsciously — through experiences in this life and, for those who work within a past-life framework, experiences from other lifetimes.
What makes this work so interesting to me is that you don’t necessarily have to know where something came from in order for it to be meaningful. Sometimes the experience itself offers a new perspective on something you’ve been carrying, repeating, questioning, or trying to understand.
What might you discover?
People are often drawn to Past Life Regression because something in their present life feels familiar, repetitive, unresolved, or simply worth exploring more deeply. Maybe you’ve noticed the same relationship patterns appearing again and again. Maybe there is a person you’ve met who feels strangely familiar, even though you can’t explain why. Perhaps you have an unexplained fear or reaction that doesn’t seem to have an obvious origin, or you’ve always felt that certain gifts, talents, or ways of knowing came naturally to you.
Past Life Regression can give you an opportunity to become curious about those experiences and the stories beneath them.
We might explore patterns and ask why certain relationships, fears, or behaviors continue to repeat.
We might explore relationships and the strange sense of familiarity that can sometimes exist between people.
We might explore fears and reactions that seem to have a deeper story.
We might explore gifts, talents, and ways of knowing that seem to have always been a part of you.
And we might explore purpose and what your deeper self wants you to understand about where you are going.
Sometimes the most valuable part of a regression isn’t determining exactly where an experience came from. It is what the experience helps you understand about yourself now. It might reveal a pattern you hadn’t recognized, offer a new perspective on a relationship, bring understanding to something you’ve struggled to explain, or simply give you permission to see yourself and your life through a different lens.
And sometimes, the thing we are looking for isn’t an answer at all. It’s a deeper understanding.

Why October?
Perhaps that’s why October feels like such a fitting time for this work. We are already standing at a threshold — between light and darkness, between endings and beginnings, between what we know and what we don’t, and between the life we’ve been living and the life we’re becoming.
There is something beautiful about giving ourselves permission to step into the unknown and become curious about the parts of ourselves that exist beyond what we can consciously explain. October already invites us to look toward the unseen. It reminds us that not everything meaningful can be touched, measured, or immediately understood.
Because Living in Coherence isn’t really about past lives. It’s about what happens when we understand ourselves more deeply. It’s about bringing the pieces of ourselves into greater awareness so that we can move through life with more clarity, understanding, and choice.
And sometimes, understanding ourselves means being willing to look beyond the story we’ve always known.
Why $33?
There is actually a reason I chose $33 off for this October offering.
In numerology and spiritual traditions, 33 is often referred to as a Master Number and is associated with compassion, healing, spiritual growth, guidance, and service to others. It is sometimes called the “Master Teacher” number, carrying an energy of wisdom that is meant to be shared. You can read more about numerology here.
Whether or not you personally connect with angel numbers or numerology, I love the symbolism of 33 for this particular offering. Past Life Regression is ultimately an invitation to explore, learn, understand, and bring something from the experience back into the life you are living now.
So rather than simply choosing a random discount, I wanted the number itself to carry meaning.
For the month of October, I’m opening a limited number of Past Life Regression sessions for $300 — $33 off my regular $333 session.
If you’ve been curious about past lives, reincarnation, your soul’s story, or simply what might exist beneath the surface of your conscious mind, consider this your invitation to step through the doorway.
You don’t have to know what you’ll find on the other side.
You only have to be curious enough to look.
The veil is thin. The doorway is open. What are you curious to remember?
