A Past Life Regression experience for the liminal season. There is something about October that has always felt different to me. The leaves begin to change, the days grow shorter, the evenings stretch longer, and the natural world seems to begin turning inward. There is a sense that something is shifting, that we are moving…

It’s been a while. Actually, it’s been a really long while. I haven’t written a blog post since December (you can read that here). Not because I haven’t had anything to say, but because life has been asking me to slow down, get quiet, and pay attention in ways I didn’t necessarily choose. The last…

October 3rd, 2023 Two months after I was diagnosed with SIBO, I dove headfirst into somatic therapy, energy work, and mentorship. I knew there had to be a deeper message behind the physical symptoms — something my body was trying to communicate that my mind hadn’t yet understood. During this time, I reconnected with my…

I was in the shower when a memory popped up out of nowhere. I was in fifth grade. My aunt was driving me to school that morning. We pulled up to an intersection, and she fell asleep at the wheel. I shook her awake. She opened her eyes slowly and said, “I’m sorry, I’m still…

When I first opened my integrative healing practice in November 2022, I called it Coherence Bodyworks. At the time, I didn’t fully understand how prophetic that name would become. I knew that coherence meant harmony — the alignment between mind, body, and spirit — but I didn’t yet realize how much I still needed to…

In January of 2021, I started Beth’s Botanicals. I’ve always had a passion for herbal medicine and loved making my own homemade remedies for family and friends. It wasn’t until my sister said, “You should sell your products,” that the seed was planted. That little nudge turned into something much bigger. Soon after, Beth’s Botanicals…

Healing is messy, nonlinear, and full of setbacks. Curiosity acts as a bridge between acceptance and surrender, allowing you to explore your inner world without judgment or resistance. I talk more about that in my previous blog post here Instead of reacting automatically, curiosity encourages you to observe, question, and understand your patterns, emotions, and…

Healing is messy. It’s nonlinear and full of moments where you feel like you’re back at square one—reverting to old habits, falling into familiar patterns, or questioning if progress is even possible. Through it all, three mindsets emerged as my guiding stars, helping me navigate the chaos and continue growing—even when the path felt impossible.…

The Breaking Point On January 8, 2021, I sat down with Liz and blurted out, “What did you do to me?? I haven’t stopped crying since I left your office!” She gently told me that tears are healing—that I was finally grieving for the little girl I had abandoned, betrayed, and neglected for so long.…

The Day I Surrendered December 28, 2020 I finally surrendered. I was defeated. I felt stuck, vulnerable, and scared. That day, I wrote in my journal: “I am feeling restless, like I need something to satiate my hunger for a sign—for anything to provide direction. I’m impatient. I’m lonely. It’s quiet. But yet I don’t…

A Turning Point In November of 2020, I escaped to McCall, Idaho—a quaint mountain town surrounded by pine trees and silence. I had just experienced a painful breakup with my first relationship since my divorce, and the pain in my chest felt unbearable. I needed solitude. I needed answers. As I reflected on that relationship,…

The violence continued. While my aunt was in prison (more on that story here), I took care of the two cats she left behind. One of them wasn’t doing well, and eventually, it crossed the rainbow bridge. I was heartbroken, but then my father told me he was going to get me a new kitten.…
